Instructors
Beth Fisher-Yoshida, Ph.D. Professor of Professional Practice at Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies, where she also serves as Executive Director of the Advanced Consortium on Cooperation, Conflict, and Complexity (AC4) and Program Director of the Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. She is an internationally recognized expert in negotiation, conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement, and leadership development, working with executives, governments, nonprofit organizations, and multinational companies around the world.
Ragil Ratnam Head of Custom Learning Design for Executive Education at Sasin School of Management, where he designs bespoke leadership and executive development programs for organisations across Asia. He also serves as a Visiting Professor, teaching MBA and Executive MBA courses in Strategy and Negotiation. He has designed and delivered executive education programs for multinational organisations across a broad range of industries, including banking, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, manufacturing, energy, and professional services, as well as international organisations such as UNICEF and the World Bank Group.
