Mediation Services
Conflicts are a natural part of any dynamic environment, but they don’t have to be disruptive. Sasin’s Mediation Services offers a confidential, informal way to resolve conflicts and misunderstandings for both staff and students.
Our Process
Mediation involves a quick informal one-on-one meeting with all parties to discuss concerns before a focused meeting together to find a solution that benefits everyone.-
- Initial Contact: Reach out to us to discuss your concerns.
- Individual Meetings: A mediator speaks with all parties individually.
- Joint Session: Parties meet in a structured, neutral environment.
- Resolution: Work together to find a mutually agreeable solution.
