MECN-D-0030 – Economics for Decision Makers (Micro & Macro)
Tools of economic analysis applicable to managerial decisions; market structures; equilibrium; efficiency; externalities; demand; costs; marginal revenue; scale economies; economic growth, monetary and fiscal policy and international trade; network effects; moral hazard and adverse selection; price discrimination.  
MGMT-D-0060 – Entrepreneurial Management
Introduction to entrepreneurship; business planning for new business initiatives in the global business environment; entrepreneurial attitudes, abilities, and behaviors; business plan development; opportunity recognition and viability screening; first-mover advantages and disadvantages; risk recognition and risk reduction strategies; intellectual property protection; new venture strategy, marketing and funding; financial analysis of the new venture; and negotiation of equity participation in the new venture; discuss and critique business plans and/or case studies; produce and present business plan for a proposed new venture.  
FINC-D-0030 – Financial Management
Basic theory and practice of corporate finance; overview of financial management and its environment; time value of money; bond valuations and interest rates, risk and return; capital asset; pricing model; stock valuation; market equilibrium; capital budgeting; cash flow analysis.  
MORS-D-0030 – Leadership in Organizations
Introduction to leadership; differences between leadership and management; theories of personality; different personality structures; working with different personalities; emotional intelligence; engagement & motivation; power and influence; resistance and commitment; coaching skills for leaders; developing helping relationships in organizations; culture; cross-cultural perspectives.  
MKTG-D-0030 – Marketing for a Digital Age
Substantive and functional aspects of marketing management; consumer behavior; competitive analysis; marketing communications; distribution management; digital media; the change of getting information and relaying information; digital marketing in traditional print, radio, TV, and outdoor onto digital devices; capabilities of digital media; digital media and consumer control and participative; the implications of digital media for marketing in a hands-on practical environment; digital marketing and the future of marketing.  
MGMT-D-0024 – Environmental, Social and Governance Factors for Business in 21st Century
This course explores the critical role of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors in shaping business strategies in the 21st century. As sustainability, ethical leadership, and corporate responsibility become key drivers of long-term success, businesses must navigate evolving ESG frameworks, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations. DECS-D-0034 – Statistical Methods for Management Decisions
Two population hypothesis testing; correlation; simple and multiple regression analysis; qualitative variables; extensive use of statistical analysis software is required; applications of the material as well as several case studies.
