Academic Staff & Students
Sasin values the rights, dignity, voice, and worth of everyone. We strive to promote inclusive, fair, and equitable treatment for all. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, and abuse based on race, ethnicity, sex, gender, socioeconomic status, religious or spiritual orientation, pregnancy, or medical, physical, and mental disabilities.
This policy pertains to all, including Sasin’s students, employees, visitors, partners, and other members of the Sasin community.
As a part of the IDEALS initiative, Sasin has teamed up with inclusion specialists at Steps, a UK- accredited vocational training center in Thailand, to launch the first Neurodiversity in the Workplace Research Centre (NWRC) in Southeast Asia. NWRC offers neurodivergent individuals two main programs: Transition to university and Transition to Employment. As a business school, Sasin also aims to educate future leaders on the direction of employment of people with disabilities in mutually beneficial and enriching ways.
We are proud to be the first business school in Southeast Asia to launch the IDEALS policy and establish NWRC. These are just a few of the many more projects that are about to come. Let’s embrace IDEALS and make the life-changing policy a part of Sasin’s community!
Neurodiversity in the Workplace Research Centre (NWRC) at Sasin
As part of a comprehensive policy on IDEALS, Sasin collaborates with Steps, a UK- accredited vocational training center in Thailand, to launch the first Neurodiversity in the Workplace Research Centre (NWRC) in Southeast Asia in 2023. Dr. Drew B. Mallory, Sasin Inclusion Ambassador, had collaborated with Max Simpson, Founder and CEO of Steps, to build more inclusive workplaces for neurodivergent workers and others with disabilities through research and practice, which resulted in the establishment of NWRC. NWRC at Sasin School of Management will be established at Sasa Patasala Building.
