Become an NWRC donor and power a workplace revolution

The Neurodiversity at Work Research Centre (NWRC) is a trailblazing new initiative which aims to significantly increase access to employment for an often overlooked and underutilized portion of society, and will open new opportunities for business and economic growth. Its research will focus on the neurodivergent community, such as those with autism or ADHD. The NWRC is being launched by Sasin School of Management – Thailand’s leading business school, and Steps – an organization which provides education for the neurodivergent, models inclusive businesses, and empowers employers with the tools to hire inclusively. Sasin provides research support and advice to NWRC, while Steps provides technical expertise, consulting on research design and operating the NWRC. The NWRC is seeking founding corporate sponsors to fund research and activities tailored to different sectors and environments suitable for neurodiversity (e.g, hospitality, finance, technology).
