CPO Forum 2026
06 August 2026

We are excited to invite you to the CPO Forum 2026, a collaborative gathering co-hosted by Sasin School of Management and Hewitt Consulting. On August 6, we are convening an exclusive group of HR leaders to address the critical intersection of human potential and business impact in an age of agentic technology integration.
This forum is part of the 100 Outperforming Enterprises Program, an initiative dedicated to building empowering capabilities that enable organizations to outperform through strong and evolving people practices. Marking its second year, the event continues to foster a growing community of HR leaders who come together to exchange real-world experiences, share business insights and challenges, and collaboratively shape future directions for meaningful business impact.
This year’s forum is held under the theme: “Humanize to Reinvent: Turning Human Potential into Business Impact.” The forum will highlight the critical need for ‘high-touch’ leadership skills that extend beyond productivity to ensure organizations remain deeply human-centric, resilient, and well-positioned to thrive in an increasingly automated future.
