Sasin Innovation Turbo Turns Foresight into Action

How can leaders prepare for disruption before it reshapes their industries? Sasin Innovation Turbo challenged participants to look beyond immediate business pressures and develop the foresight, strategic thinking, and innovation capabilities needed to respond to change with greater confidence. Led by Robert C. Wolcott, Adjunct Professor of Executive Education at Kellogg School of Management, and Associate Professor Piyachart Phiromswad, Deputy Director of Learning Solutions and Faculty Member at Sasin School of Management, the program combined global perspectives with regional expertise to help participants connect long-term thinking with real-world business decisions. Throughout the program, participants explored how emerging technologies—including AI, robotics, blockchain, and other Industry 4.0 technologies—are reshaping industries, competitive dynamics, and future business models.
