Sasin School of Management has launched Turbo, a six-week program co-designed and delivered by world-renowned faculty from top-ranked global institutions alongside Sasin’s own leading experts. The program combines global strategy with regional insights, preparing future leaders to address Southeast Asia’s most pressing challenges while advancing their knowledge and careers. The Turbo program launches with three courses—Marketing Turbo, AI Turbo, and Innovation Turbo—each lasting six weeks and designed to equip participants with future-foresight frameworks to develop winning strategies for success in the region. In a rapidly changing business environment, Turbo provides participants, their teams, and their organizations with the essential tools to stay ahead. Core themes include understanding customers in dynamic markets, exploring the transformative potential of AI, and applying strategic foresight to anticipate and shape the future. “If you take business courses in many places of the world, you will learn general management, whether it is in finance, AI, or innovation, but one of the things that is missing is the knowledge, the insights, and the deeper understanding of how actually to use that knowledge in the context of Southeast Asia. Sasin Turbo will help turbocharge your success in this region,” said Associate Professor Piyachart Phiromswad, Deputy Director of Learning Solutions at Sasin. The visiting faculty include Gina Fong, Clinical Assistant Professor of Marketing, and Dr. Robert C. Wolcott, Professor of Innovation, both from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as Dr. Karl Schmedders, Professor of Finance at IMD and Visiting Professor at Kellogg. Sasin’s own leading experts join them: Dr. Krittinee Nuttavuthisit, specialist in consumption and marketing; Dr. Pinnaree Tea-Makorn, AI strategist; and Dr. Piyachart Phiromswad, economist and TED 2023 speaker. Turbo combines a self-paced online component allowing participants to explore foundational concepts, engage with peers, and prepare for collaborative projects, with face-to-face sessions that provide an intensive learning experience, including group and individual work, culminating in a final project presentation and reflection.
