Workshop Session at Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA)

On July 15, 2020, Mr.Thana Siriwallop and Dr.Mayookapan Chaimankong, Project Directors of Sasin Management Consulting, conducted a workshop for operation teams for Non-core Business functions at Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) Headquarters. MWA is a Thai state enterprise under the Ministry of Interior. Its mission is to produce, distribute, and sell treated water in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan, and engage in water-related businesses synergistic with waterworks. This session emphasized the formulation of and strategic direction for of the non-core business in order to create acceptance of the strategic direction. The participants were encouraged to support MWA to implement the organization’s strategy effectively.
